To apply for one of our properties, please make sure you submit the following:

 

  • Completed Application for each 18 year old or over occupant.
  • Completed Authorization to Release Information on Occupancy Form.
  • $39.95 application fee in the form of cash, money order, or credit card per adult occupant who is 18 years and over. 
  • Two most recent paystubs (per employer).
  • Any forms verifying other income (award letters, etc).
  • Copy of photo id (i.e. Driver’s license) and social security card.
  • Copy of forms showing favorable status with Banking Institution.
  • Copy of W-2’s for current tax year and prior tax year, if required.
  • Notification: you are agreeing that a leasing agent can do a home visitation at your current residence.
